NASA Historical Collection

The NASA Classic Collection is 30 minutes long, and contains footage including Sputnik (animation), Mercury, Apollo, (including moon footage) Skylab and Soyuz manned flights. Many clips also include the original audio, which is in the public domain, along with video clips. This stock footage contains an assortment of pans, zooms, tilts and still shots. Shots range from 5 seconds to less than a minute. Footage includes:

The footage was shot on both film and video. This footage was acquired from NASA by Genesis Video Productions as stock footage. Buyers may use the footage and audio freely and legally in their own projects, royalty free. A release form is provided with the footage.
