Louisiana Traditions

This collection features traditional Louisiana house types, small towns, Louisiana's first oil well, plantatin houses, shrimp boats, an above ground cemetery, collecting crayfish from a flooded rice paddy, sunset and a windmill over Lake Ponchertrain, a log truck, sugercan harvesting, processing and field burning, an oil well in the march, bayou scenes, oranges in Plaquemines Parish destroyed by Hurricane Katrina, St. Martinville and a statue of Evangeline, Fort Jackson near Venice, and oil refinery at Venice, and shipping on the Mississippi River.

Stock footage clips vary in length from 7 to 25 seconds. The clips are broadcast quality, 720 x 480, QuickTime movie (.mov) data files in Photo JPEG format, and are delivered on Data DVD discs. These files can be accessed on Macintosh or Windows computers equipped with a DVD drive.
